- Preparing and implementing developmental and strategic plans for the college.
- Supervising the Information Technology Unit's activities.
- Studying the difficulties or issues faced by the development and quality programs and proposing solutions.
- Identifying the training needs of faculty members in the college's academic departments and coordinating with the College’s Development and Quality Deanship for implementation.
- Encouraging faculty members to participate in attending courses, training programs, and workshops offered by the Development and Quality Deanship.
- Supervising the preparation of a plan to develop the skills of the college’s members, including faculty, staff, and students.
- Supervising the use of technologies, e-learning, and educational media in teaching and learning within the college.
- Supervising the preparation of the college’s annual report and distributing it to the relevant authorities after it is approved by the Dean.
- Providing periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work in the units under his supervision, according to the tasks assigned, and the challenges they face.
- Monitoring the development of educational facilities in the college and updating laboratories.
- Establishing the internal work system for the Development and Quality Agency, defining its responsibilities, job descriptions, and how coordination should occur between the units under its supervision.
- Supervising the implementation of tasks related to development and quality.
- Implementing and following up on activities related to creativity and excellence awards in academic, research, and professional performance within the college.
- Developing appropriate phased plans for periodic reviews of approved quality standards to ensure continuous improvement in the performance of academic departments and administrative units in the college.
- Establishing a mechanism to identify the expectations, requirements, and satisfaction levels of the college’s stakeholders (both internal and external) and communicating them to all relevant academic departments and administrative units.
- Implementing and following up on the evaluation and development of faculty performance, assisting them in achieving professional and academic excellence.
- Monitoring the updating of the college’s website concerning the agency and its administrative units.
- Executing any tasks assigned by the Dean of the College.
