Powers of the Director of Administration:
- Respond to all transactions received from the various administrative units at the university.
- Approve and sign purchase requests in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Sign inspection and receipt memoranda.
- Authorize payments from the college's warehouse.
- Maintain and monitor the records of the college's assets and supplies.
- Approve the authentication of guarantees required from contractors when traveling.
- Recommend the appointment of supervisors for the units and departments under their supervision.
- Approve certification letters for college staff (excluding faculty members) in accordance with the system.
- Approve minutes of receipt and handover, requests for material issuance, and transfer of assets.
- Approve the leave requests of all college staff, including administrative, technical, and research personnel, after approval from their direct supervisor.
- Sign clearance forms for employees who leave the college.
- Recommend the assignment of staff to work outside official working hours when necessary, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- Sign medical examination referral letters for college employees and workers.
- Approve data related to the completion of the secondment of college administrative, technical, and research staff.
- Approve correspondence with government authorities to complete employee procedures.
- Recommend administrative penalties for staff members in accordance with regulations.
- Nominate non-faculty college staff to attend training courses.
- Coordinate with relevant entities within the college and the university regarding the administrative functions and scope of the administration.
- Issue internal decisions necessary for the smooth operation of the administration in accordance with regulations and bylaws.
- Evaluate the performance of the administration staff.
- Approve expenditures from the administration’s budget and assets according to the governing rules.
- Submit the college's human, financial, and equipment resource needs.
- Monitor maintenance and installation operations within the college.
