Vision and Mission - College of Applied Medical Sciences
This unit is responsible for promoting the culture of quality, evaluating performance levels, and working on implementing and monitoring academic evaluation and accreditation. It is also tasked with developing and implementing the college’s action plans, continuously collecting data and information about quality activities at the college, and documenting efforts and results in all quality and academic accreditation activities. Additionally, it prepares reports on performance levels and beneficiary satisfaction with various activities. This unit is also responsible for collecting, classifying, and retaining documents and information both in paper and electronic formats, and providing them to all college units and relevant external entities.
Unit Mission:
The Quality Assurance Unit at the College of Applied Medical Sciences is committed to activating and improving development and total quality management efforts at the college according to standard criteria in educational, research, and community service aspects. This is done in collaboration with beneficiaries from all groups, ultimately aiming to achieve the mission and vision of the college.
Unit Objectives:

Promoting the culture of quality among beneficiaries in the college community, across all categories.

Raising awareness about the requirements for obtaining academic accreditation and quality assurance from the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment.

Gaining the trust of the community in the outcomes of the educational process.

Building trained and capable staff to apply the quality system for accreditation preparation.

Providing consulting services and guidance manuals to academic departments and various administrative units in the college regarding quality assurance and accreditation.

Adopting a self-assessment approach as an entry point for continuous internal review and the application of the quality system, leading to accreditation.

Developing the skills of faculty members concerning teaching and learning.

Enhancing students' skills related to learning.

Establishing a system to ensure the continuity of quality.
