I am an enthusiastic researcher who is interested in the issues surrounding the use of antibiotics in medical settings. Understanding these complexities, I feel, is critical, especially given the worrisome growth of antibiotic-resistant microorganisms. I hope to shed light on potential solutions and interventions that can assure the sustained effectiveness of these life-saving therapies by looking into the mechanisms by which bacteria develop and adapt in response to antibiotic treatments. My research not only aims to improve the efficacy of present therapies, but also to promote appropriate antibiotic use in order to protect our future healthcare landscape.

Complete a one-year internship At Khamis Civil Central Hospital (Khamis Mushait – Saudi Arabia, 2008).
• Demonstrator at Najran University, Saudi Arabia, since 2009, the microbiology techniques like culturing bacteria preparing media, staining, aseptic technique, spread-plating method, inoculation, and incubation with different organisms.
• Complete lab project with Prof. Margaret Deighton Lab. (RMIT) about (Evaluation and setup examination tests to diagnose enteric pathogenesis, 2011.
Complete thesis project in MCRI institute entitled GAS emm gene type by sequencing for pharyngitis samples in 2012. • Perform Western Blot, PCR, Flow Cytometry, Co-immunoprecipitation assay, tissue culture, designing primers, and cloning into a plasmid vector.
