1.     Identifying the training needs of the university staff.

2.     Proposing the training plans and programs.

3.     Adopting the necessary procedures for sponsored staff abroad.

4.     Coordination with the appropriate authorities for training.

5.     Conducting the regulatory studies.

6.     Following up the adopted rules and developing them.

7.     Installing of Information systems to keep files secured.
