The College of Applied Medical Sciences, represented by the Physiotherapy Club at the Department of Medical Rehabilitation Sciences, launched a series of two-day training workshops at the Training Hall of the Deanship of Library Affairs. The program contains a series of 6 specialized workshops in the musculoskeletal system presented by a group of faculty members in the department and in the presence of a number of our physiotherapy students and physiotherapists from various health sectors in the region, and today's workshops touched on several diverse topics, including sports injuries of all kinds, treatment and how to prevent them, as well as concepts and methods of manual treatment for lower back pain, in addition to ankle sprain, symptoms and methods of treatment, and the series aimed to spread experiences And scientific knowledge and strengthening skills in the application of evidence-based practices and medical evidence in the specialty of physical therapy among students, graduates and specialists, and the workshops concluded with discussion sessions to ask questions and exchange information between students and specialists.
